Notes:

1. No long term chemical storage is available at Aurora Research Institute. All chemicals are to be removed or disposed of at users expense at the end of the field season.
2. All equipment rental rates are based on the minimum daily rates only and do not include repair or replacement cost(s) for damaged or lost equipment.
3. General field/camping equipment is described as anything not motorized, or listed separately on our equipment list. Daily cost to cover multiple items out at one time.
4. Satellite phones issued do not include airtime or usage fees. These fees are to be billed to or directly recovered from the user.
5. Technician's are available for the assistance of your field work at a rate of $350.00 per normal working day.
6. A minimum flat rate call out fee of $150.00 will be charged for after hour requests and or arrivals on evenings/weekends/holidays.
7. Accommodation, office and equipment rental discounted rates are based on 7 days for the weekly amount and 30 days for the monthly amount.
8. To qualify for the weekly and monthly accomodation rates, stays must be for consective dates and by per person night only.
9. To qualify for the weekly and monthly office and equipment rates, rental must be for consective dates and by individual equipment rental only.
10. In order to rent either of the snowmobiles, outboards and or boat and motors users must have a valid operators licence.
11. In order to rent, handle or store fire arms at Aurora Research Institute users must have a valid PAL licence.

Normal working business hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
